We strongly prefer cash, but we also accept Venmo, Paypal and credit/debit cards.
How long does a typical detailing session last?
What if it rains on my appointment day?
If weather prevents us from safely detailing your car, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.
Can I leave the keys and go?
Absolutely. Many clients leave keys in a lockbox or let us know where to grab them. We’ll notify you when your detail is complete.
Is there anything that I need to do before you get to my house?
You only need to take out valuables and we will do the rest like take out all the trash, weather mats/carpets, etc.
How do I know when you'll arrive?
You'll get a confirmation when you book and a heads-up message when Dom is on his way. No waiting around wondering.
How often should I get my car detailed?
For most people, a full detail every 3–4 months keeps things in great shape. If you have kids, pets, or a long commute, every 6–8 weeks for a Mini Refresh is a smart move.
Is my car too dirty?
Probably not. Dom has seen it all — hockey gear, dog hair, four kids' worth of snacks, you name it. Bring it as-is.
Do you bring your own water and power?
No — Dom is fully prepared with hoses and cords. All you need to provide is a water spigot and outlets.
Do you serve areas outside Bedford?
Yes! We cover Manchester, Merrimack, Goffstown, Hooksett, Amherst, Londonderry, Bow, and nearby towns. A small travel surcharge may apply for locations more than 30 minutes away.
